You can choose from classes, Sangha, coaching, & consultation that combine secular meditation and mindfulness practices with expressive arts practices to create a comprehensive sensory approach to living and working mindfully.

Expressive Arts Psychotherapy

A form of psychotherapy that combines traditional theories and practices of conventional “talk therapy” with sensory based, action oriented, and creative processes. Focus is on the convergence of multiple art forms, including music, writing, visual arts, theatre, photography & dance/movement, to engage in the process of psychotherapy.
